© COPYRIGHT
Do you know that... all of the images you see on this website are copyrighted?

Copyright comes into effect as soon as a photo is created and remains in place until fifty years after a photographer dies. "Copyright" means that the person who created the image retains the exclusive right to decide how the image will be used. There are several different ways to infringe on a copyright. You might use a photo without the photographer's permission. You might be an artist and duplicate the photo in another medium. This includes not just traditional media like paint, but also digital manipulations achieved through your computer. Combining, altering or scanning all or part of a photo to create a new image infringes on the right of the person who originally created the photograph.

We protect the copyright on Mark's images, as Mark's images are our business. We will follow up on unauthorized use, including any use of a photo that exceed the terms granted. All of the digital representations you see on this site remain the property of Gallup Photography. Talk to us BEFORE you act!
